 <p>C'est le temps
 necessaire pour trouver une place, recuperer son dossard, se changer,
 s’echauffer ou combler un oubli. Le point de rdv est fixe a la
 tente du club, vous la retrouverez grace au grand drapeau du club
 (4m de haut) de couleur orange. <br />
 Venir avec <span
 style="font-size:16px;"><strong><u>son maillot du club et 2 epingles
 a nourrice pour accrocher son
 dossard.</u></strong></span></p>
 
 <p>Prevoir aussi, si possible, un
 coupe vent, des gants, de quoi se changer apres la
 course.</p>
 
 <p>Tenue pour courir : un tee shirt a manches courtes ou
 manches longues (suivant la temperature) sous le maillot du club
 suffit ; et un collant, short ou pantalon de sport leger.<br
 />
 C’est surtout apres la course qu’il est important de se
 couvrir !</p>
 
 <p>Le club proposera du cafe au niveau de la tente,
 et pour les parents motives n'hesitez pas a apporter des gateaux ou
 sucreries afin de rendre l'evenement convivial.</p>
 
 <p>Menu
 conseille la veille : jambon/ pates /fruit<br />
 Petit dejeuner :
 cereales, biscottes, confiture ou miel. Ce n’est qu’une
 proposition.</p>
